There is an official page created for this purpose. The page was created by the developers of Tango application. The process is very easy to complete.
Android:
Tap on Chat tab, then open the chat conversation or call log
Tap the 3 Dot icon in the upper right hand corner, then tap Chat Info.
Tap the 3 Line icon, then tap Export Chat Records
Input the email where you want to send the logs/reports.
iOS:
Tap on Chat tab, then open the chat conversation or call log
Tap the 3 Dot icon in the upper right hand corner, then tap Chat Info
Tap the 3 Dot icon, then tap Export Chat Records
Input the email where you want to send the logs/reports.
I want to call Sweden in Pajala City from India using Tango. Is it possible?

Yes, you can call to all the countries you want but the other user needs to have the application installed as well. Additionally, the calls are going through a VoIP server and the Internet is necessary because Tango is a mobile application which uses the Internet to establish voice calls.

You can get the call history from the Call Log menu inside the application's interface. To access this option, press the Menu button while you are in the dialer then select Call log. Once the option has been activated, you will have the possibility to access the call logs. To be able to do this, you need to update the application to its latest version because this is a new feature recently implemented into the app.
I downloaded Tango on my notebook and I am trying to register, but it keeps bringing this pop-up that it can't connect.

It seems that this is an error which is often encountered among users who tried to register their account on notebooks using the Windows version of the application. Please try to switch networks because it's possible that the one you're currently connected to is preventing you from accessing certain websites.

Tango can be updated using the built-in Store application available for each device with its respective operating system (Android, Windows phone). For Windows PCs, you can download the application from its official website and run the installer which will upgrade your local installation.
Tango allows video and audio calling using either the PC version of the application or the mobile one. In either case, you need to have a webcam installed with audio support for proper calling and chatting.
